Racheal Todd is on the board of directors of the Florida peer Network. She is listed as the “Ex-Officio”. That just might be a type. I think they “Executive Officer”. Since the FPN is made up of persons living with mental health disorders it leads me to wonder what this beautify girls is suffering with? It’s true the outside of us often does not reveal the inner person. So, what ever her diagnosis is, I just glad to see her at the FPN.
Todd is an Alumni of the class of 2009 University of Central Florida. Not on is she a UCF Graduate she the current Miss Florida America. In this video segment below Rachael reflects on her experiences at UCF.
